Role Description:
This role involves defining, providing, and overseeing analytical processes for complex regulatory reporting for one or more operations product teams. Responsibilities include managing projects related to systems enhancements, process improvements, and product and service delivery. The role serves as a subject matter expert and handles complex issues involving multiple stakeholders.
This position will serve as a Regulatory Reporting Professional within the Global Markets Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting UAT Team, focusing on process improvements to enhance testing coverage of Regulatory Reporting projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Define and implement control practices ensuring compliance with regulatory and policy standards, including data quality.
2. Document and review key risks, performance indicators, and procedures, escalating issues as needed.
3. Identify and remediate errors, breaches, data issues, and control enhancements affecting reports.
4. Coordinate with upstream process owners and data providers to improve data quality and maintain data dictionaries.
5. Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and system modifications for implementation, including booking test trades in UAT systems.
6. Ensure timely and secure delivery of information to regulators and central banks globally.
7. Lead regulatory change projects and support remediation testing.
8. Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Front Office, and Compliance.
9. Act as the main contact for regulatory inquiries.
10. Partner with technology teams to define requirements.

* Proficiency in manipulating data sets in Excel.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience managing stakeholders across multiple business lines.
* Strong analytical mindset.
Optional Skills:
* Knowledge of regulations is advantageous.
* Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
