About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Neonatal Operational Delivery Network (NODN) as an administrator. This part‑time position (25 hours per week) focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support to our team within a remote working environment.
The successful candidate will assist with a range of administrative tasks, including minute taking at meetings, organisation of meetings, coordination of team members’ diaries and maintenance of social media and our website. The post holder will deputise for the office manager in their absence.
Responsibilities

* Support the maintenance of social media platforms and the team website
* Deputise for the office manager when required

* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

* Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools
Working Hours & Location
Part time – 25 hours per week. Core hours are required, but flexible options are available. Remote working is the default mode; however, travel will be required for network events within the East of England.
Visa & Sponsorship
As per Home Office guidelines, the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this position. Due to Home Office immigration rules, a full‑time permanent vacancy cannot be filled by individuals on a Student visa. Therefore, a Student visa holder will only be eligible if they:
* have applied for a Graduate visa, or
* have successfully completed their course and applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date of employment, or
* the Trust has agreed to sponsor them as a Skilled Worker and they will complete studies within 3 months of the anticipated start date of employment.
