Now, we’re looking for a High-Performance B2B Sales Manager to lead one of our elite sales teams and shape the next generation of sales talent in a business already generating £10M in annual revenue. The Role Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 4–6 Business Development Managers selling our flagship 7-Figure Construction Business Academy—the UK’s only City & Guilds-accredited, 3-year business qualification for trades. Drive high-ticket sales through national events, Zoom, and phone, closing deals that transform businesses and lives. Own team performance metrics and deliver exceptional results: Manage up to 8 sales per rep E.g. 4 reps x 10,000 AOV = £160,000 monthly revenue per rep Annual team target: £1.92M What You’ll Do Lead, train, and motivate your team to smash monthly and quarterly targets. Build and scale additional sales teams as we grow beyond £10M turnover. Drive a culture of accountability, energy, and excellence. Conduct daily pipeline reviews, deliver live coaching, and monitor KPIs. Recruit and onboard new talent to meet growth demand. Work directly with CEO Joseph Valente to execute next-stage revenue strategy.
