Role Overview The Financial Controller will work closely with the Financial Director to build a high‑performing, insight‑led finance function within a fast‑growing, premium healthcare group. What Your Day Will Look Like As Financial Controller, you will: Lead the month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and discipline Produce high-quality management accounts, dashboards, and financial insights Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and governance across all sites Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Manage cashflow reporting and treasury processes Support the Financial Director with strategic planning and financial modelling Partner with Senior Leadership Team, and Practice Managers to ensure financial clarity and accountability Prepare audit files and liaise with external auditors Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality Support the integration of new practices as the group expands How You Can Thrive at Zental We value more than technical skill.
