Senior Psychologist (equivalent to NHS afc 8a) Salary: £54,814 pro-rata per annum Job Type: Permanent; Part time 0.6 (3 days)- to be agreed at interview Location: Office base in BSW (Swindon or Bath) (TBC) – working from home/travel to offices across BSW A unique job share opportunity has emerged to join the existing senior psychologist for 3 days a week to support the implementation of our psychological, adversity and trauma (PAT) informed strategy across BSW services with a particular focus on the Intensive outreach service, crisis houses and place of calm run. Your expertise will shape a culture of learning and build resilience in staff across the NHS Mental Health, social care, and voluntary sector to enhance the quality of the service delivery model to improve outcomes for clients. What we’re looking for: Experience in working in NHS mental health settings with fluctuating and complex risk presentations e.g. crisis/home treatment and/or secondary care. Developing and delivering Psychologically informed staff support and development initiatives that drive real change. Comprehensive formulation skills, commitment to community psychology and using psychology creatively with an appetite for innovation A dynamic trainer and motivator with the ability to engage diverse teams and tailor learning approaches to different sectors. A passionate advocate for system change, with a deep understanding and interest in trauma-informed principles and organisational transformation.
