About the Role
As our Maintenance Excellence Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering value through world-class asset care. You’ll lead the implementation of our Maintenance Excellence Roadmap, champion reliability and performance improvements, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the annual Maintenance Excellence implementation plan
* Drive critical engineering processes and reliability-centred maintenance (RCM)
* Champion root cause analysis and top-loss performance improvement
* Enhance CMMS usage and inventory management strategies
* Support Autonomous Maintenance and 5S initiatives
* Facilitate RCM workshops and develop standard routines for critical equipment
* Collaborate across teams to deliver cost-effective maintenance solutions
* Promote a strong safety culture and operational excellence mindset
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
* Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Movex, Mainsaver)
* Expertise in RCA, FMECA, and lean methodologies
* Excellent people management and coaching skills
* A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
* Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
