Are you a recent psychology graduate eager to make a real impact in education? We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across Enfield.
About the Role:
* Support students in the classroom, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide tailored assistance to those who need it most.
* Step into the role of Cover Supervisor when required, managing classes during teacher absences and ensuring a positive, productive learning environment.
* Build strong relationships with students, helping to manage behavior and encourage academic and personal growth.
* Gain valuable experience working with young people, including those with special educational needs (SEN), small groups, and 1:1 support.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
