Interaction Education are really pleased to be supporting one of our partner schools in their search for a Caretaker on a 12 week temp to perm contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the school site is clean, safe, and secure at all times
* Carry out basic repairs, maintenance, and DIY tasks
* Open and close the school premises as required
* Monitor heating, lighting, and other utilities
* Liaise with contractors and report larger maintenance issues
* Support with setting up rooms and equipment for school events
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Person Specification:
1. Previous experience in a caretaking or maintenance role preferred
2. Basic DIY and repair skills
3. Good communication and organisational skills
4. Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
