Your responsibilities will include: Polishing glasses, cutlery, and dishes to company standards Clearing used items from service and preparing them for washing Supporting the FOH team with mise en place before, during, and after service, ensuring stations are always stocked Correctly operating the glass crusher machine in line with SOPs Keeping the back-of-house area clean, tidy, and functional at all times Assisting with guest washrooms, including replenishing toilet rolls and fresh hand towels What We’re Looking For Previous hospitality experience (preferred but not essential) A reliable, energetic, and professional attitude Strong teamwork and communication skills A hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to learn Attention to detail and pride in organisation Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure Ready to Join the Amazonico Family?
