Job Title: EYFS TA Blackburn Location: North West England, Lancashire, Blackburn Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £87 - £95 Per day Job Duties: Supporting the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum Assisting the EYFS teacher in delivering engaging and educational activities Helping to create a safe and nurturing learning environment for young children Supporting children with their personal, social, and emotional development Assisting with classroom management and behaviour guidance Providing individualised support to children with additional needs Required Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare or early years education Enhanced DBS check Previous experience working with young children Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: Demonstrated understanding of the EYFS framework Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask Knowledge of child development and learning theories Experience in supporting children with diverse needs Preferred Qualifications: Paediatric First Aid certification Training in safeguarding and child protection Experience working in a similar role within an educational setting Working Conditions: Full-time hours, temporary position Work within an educational setting, supporting young children Potential for involvement in extracurricular activities and school events Collaboration with teaching staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
