Senior Sales Manager We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Letchworth, Herfordshire. What you'll be doing : As Senior Sales Manager, your main purpose is to appoint, train, develop and manage Sales Consultants, so that they can achieve the objective of selling homes at the best prices and at the desired rate. Your position will also function as an effective link between the sales and marketing team and Regional Offices. Skills & knowledge you'll bring : RICS qualification Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager or in a similar role, with minimum of 8 years industry experience at management level Previous experience of training Sales Consultants Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to use Microsoft packages and familiarity using COINS Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation Why join Croudace?
