Base pay range
£32,000 - £44,000 + Hybrid working with flexible hours + 26 days holiday + 10% Learning & Innovation budget + Up to 4 weeks a year to work from absolutely anywhere

Within this role, you will be creating, implementing, and managing cutting-edge design solutions for key client projects. You will report directly to the Creative Director, who will guide you throughout.
You’ll learn to approach the role with enthusiasm and innovation in every project you undertake. Building client relationships and delivering exceptional design solutions are the cornerstones of this role.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

The Role:
* Lead strategic design workshops, user interviews, and light user testing to gather actionable insights.
* Create visually stunning, user-centric designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Develop wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems aligned with best practices.
* Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
The Person:
* Strong UX and UI design expertise with a portfolio of impactful web design projects.
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and design system development.
* Experience mentoring junior designers and working collaboratively within teams.
* Excellent communication skills, confident in engaging with clients and stakeholders.
