Customer Redress Analyst
Salary – £28,000 - £30,000

We are looking for someone who has excellent maths and problem-solving skills to come and join our team in a brand-new role. Working in our Wealth business, you will calculate redress that is due to pension, savings and investment customers following the occurrence of an error.
In addition to strong mathematical ability, you will have advanced knowledge of Excel and Access and an understanding of programming languages such as SQL and VBA.
A bit about the job
Regular tasks that you will perform in this role include:
1. Carrying out complex manual calculations on pension, savings and investment products following the occurrence of an error.
2. Data review, cleansing and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
3. Use of Microsoft Excel and Access to automate data interrogation and calculation of redress for customers.
4. Attendance at and participation in discussion with colleagues about how to assess and remediate financial loss to customers.
This is a hybrid working role with attendance at the office required every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Skills and experience we are looking for
5. Strong mathematical ability and advanced Excel and Access skills.
6. The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
7. The ability to explain calculations and mathematical concepts in plain English to individuals with less understanding than yourself.
8. A willingness and ability to learn new things.

9. Salary – £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

Whilst we expect the offered salary to fall within the applicable pay range, any specific offer will be reflective of experience and the market rate for the role.
