* Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
* Utilize and maintain Design Systems and reusable components.
* Analyze user behavior using tools such as Hotjar and Google Analytics.
* Share insights and ideas with peers within Youwe’s Digital Studio-our multidisciplinary team of designers and creative frontend developers.
Who You Are
* Enthusiastic, open-minded, and an excellent communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences on the web.
* A true team player who can balance the interests of both Youwe and the customer.
* Someone who enjoys working in an international environment.
What You Have
* 3 to 5 years of agency experience.

* Excellent communication skills within design and development teams, as well as with clients.
* The ability to work independently when presenting concepts and prototypes to the Product Owner, gathering feedback, and ensuring the final experience meets the project objectives.
* Hands‑on experience with Design Systems and documentation, preferably within the eCommerce industry.
* Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
