We pride ourselves on service, reliability, and long-term relationships and now were expanding our commercial team at our head office in Tottenham (N17).
The Role
We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to handle both inbound customer orders and outbound B2B sales calls.
Youll be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, introducing new products from our ever-growing inventory, and driving revenue growth across multiple customer types, from restaurants and hotels to wholesalers, event caterers, and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Take and process incoming orders from business customers efficiently and accurately.
* Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers to promote weekly offers and new products.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase repeat business.
* Identify and convert new sales opportunities within your territory or account base.
* Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the company system.
* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
About You
* Previous experience in B2B food sales, wholesale, or a similar commercial environment (preferred).
* Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly.
* Highly organised with good written and verbal communication skills.
* Results-driven with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
* Fluent English required; Turkish, or other community languages an advantage.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
