Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities:
* Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
* Supervise the completion of work set by the subject leader
* Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom.
* Work collaboratively with other members of staff to foster an inclusive environment where all students feel safe and confident.
The ideal candidate
* Previous experience working in a school setting or with children in and educational capacity
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* Ability to keep calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
