The Home:
Situated within the tranquil surroundings of Ash Hill in Compton, Engelberg provides a warm and familiar environment. With 34 modern bedrooms, Engelberg is distinguished by its warm, friendly and homely atmosphere. The home is surrounded by beautiful gardens and patio areas. Our home focuses on delivering exceptional standards of personalised care and ensuring residents and their families feel supported and respected.
The Role:
We are looking for kind and compassionate individuals who want to enhance the lives of others and offer quality care and support to join our already established care team. Previous experience would be an advantage.
Hours: 39 hours per week
Starting: As soon as possible.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Personal care
2. Assistance with meals and fluids
3. Transferring residents as per care plan
4. Offering comfort, stimulation and support, whilst maintaining residents’ privacy and dignity
Please note the post is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS. The cost of the DBS is covered by Ashberry Care Homes.
