What you will be doing:
We have an excellent opportunity to join us as a Foundry Operative based in Bristol.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will be trained on various operations in the Foundry and your key accountabilities will be :
1. Building a variety of wax pattern assemblies, using hand tools, gauges, fixtures, etc.
2. Operating Muller-Phipps machines injecting a variety of parts.
3. Dewaxing coated assemblies and wrapping prior to cast.
4. Working in process cell, operating a variety of machines such as cut-off, grind, retech, knock-out.
5. Polishing & inspecting to size using inspection tooling.
6. Working to written and illustrated technique sheets.
7. Working to quality procedures.
8. Implementing improvement activities.

The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate but is anticipated to be Bristol Works Grade B.
