4. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for various financial transactions.
5. Advise clients on legal implications of financial strategies and decisions.
6. Support senior attorneys in high-value cases and transactions.
7. Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and provide insights to the team.
8. Manage multiple projects and deadlines with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
