The responsibility of the Civic manager will be to lead the operational management and service delivery of the councils civic venues, overseeing all aspects of venue hire, indoor events, conferences, performances and private bookings. The post-holder will ensure high standards of customer experience, financial oversight, building presentation and safety. They will manage a dedicated events team, coordinate staffing, and ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and council policies.
