– Permanent – Haydock – Upto £30k per annum (DOE)
Forrest Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be working with a well-established organisation who are well known in their field. Working within a modern open plan office they are looking for an experienced Administration to join their busy sales team, your duties will include:
1. Processing and inputting orders onto the system
2. Dealing with calls from customers with issues and queries
3. Taking orders from customers via telephone and through emails
4. Updating customers on products and order information
5. Assisting with ad hoc duties
Working Hours:
6. 9:00am – 5:30pm
7. Monday to Friday
The company are seeking someone with strong administration skills and who is confident on the phone as eventually the role will become more technical when handling customer enquiries. Knowledge of using SAP would be an advantage.
