Trainee Paraplanner / Adviser Support
Bristol | Hybrid (23 days in office) | Up to £30,000
An established Wealth Management firm in Bristol is looking to appoint a Trainee Paraplanner / Adviser Support professional to join its growing team due to an internal progression move.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a clear development pathway within a structured and supportive environment. Office presence 23 days per week is preferred, although remote working may be considered for exceptional candidates.
The Role
1. Supporting Wealth Advisers with day-to-day administrative tasks
2. Preparing documentation and producing basic suitability reports
3. Processing new business and managing applications
4. Monitoring and managing workflows through CRM systems
5. Handling client queries via phone and email
6. Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance requirements
7. Working within a pooled support team environment
What Theyre Looking For
8. Previous financial services experience (wealth management preferred)
9. Experience in adviser support, IFA administration or client services
10. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
11. Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a structured environment
12. Ambitious and keen to progress within paraplanning or advisory
13. Diploma qualifications are not required full study support is provided
14. Graduates with relevant financial services exposure will be considered
