Job Purpose To efficiently operate, maintain, and manage heavy-duty mixing machinery while ensuring seamless workflow in a high-pressure production environment. The role demands exceptional physical capability, technical problem-solving skills, and teamwork to meet stringent production targets. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation & Maintenance: Safely assemble, dismantle, operate, and troubleshoot industrial mixing machinery. Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly. Adhere to strict operational protocols and safety guidelines. Material Handling: Decant 15kg baskets of raw materials throughout the shift. Manually push tubs weighing 180-200 kg Ensure accurate material measurement and mixing ratios. Workflow Management: Maintain consistent output in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production quotas. Monitor mixing processes, adjusting parameters as needed to ensure product quality. Document batch records and maintain cleanliness in the mixing area. Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced production staff to resolve operational challenges. Physical Demands Heavy lifting (lifting up to 25kg baskets) and pushing loads of 180-200 kg. Standing for 90% of the shift with frequent bending, twisting, and reaching. Operating in environments with moderate noise and cold. Required Skills & Qualifications Physical Capability: Demonstrated ability to handle heavy manual tasks repetitively. Technical Aptitude: Experience operating industrial machinery; mechanical assembly skills preferred. Stress Resilience: Thrives under pressure with minimal supervision. Problem-Solving: Quickly identifies and resolves operational bottlenecks. Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a skilled team.
