About The Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Admissions Customer Service Enquiry & Conversion Officer to join our Admissions Customer Service Team within Corporate Marketing. Working at the heart of the applicant journey, you will support prospective and current students from initial enquiry through to application and enrolment, delivering a high-quality, professional service across a range of inbound and outbound communication channels.
In this role, you will work closely with the Admissions Customer Service Manager, Admissions Faculty Teams and Admissions Ambassadors to manage applicant communications, resolve complex enquiries, and contribute to conversion activity across key points in the recruitment cycle, including confirmation and clearing. You will play an active role in maintaining digital communication platforms, including live chat and FAQ knowledge bases, and support the use of CRM systems to ensure accurate, timely and consistent responses to applicants.
You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of enquiry management and conversion processes, support the delivery of recruitment campaigns and events such as open days and applicant days, and use data and reporting to provide insights into applicant engagement. This role requires someone who is confident working in a fast-paced customer service environment, comfortable using digital systems, and committed to delivering an outstanding applicant experience while ensuring compliance with data protection, safeguarding and university policies.
You'll have a Degree or be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification at degree level appropriate to the specific role being appointed to, or demonstrable appropriate level of experience and evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the role.

Please note, this is a part time role (18.5 hours per week), the salary advertised will be pro rated and the fixed term end date will be 30 June 2026.
