This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently studying AAT who's ready to put their learning into practice while gaining hands-on experience across a range of transactional finance duties.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Accounts Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day activities of our busy transactional team. Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately processing sales and purchase ledger transactions
Coding invoices and ensuring all documentation is properly matched and recorded
Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations
Responding to and resolving client and supplier queries in a timely and professional manner
Providing general admin support to the wider finance team as neededWhat We're Looking For
A passion for numbers and strong attention to detail
Great communication skills - you'll be dealing with both internal teams and external clients
Some experience in a similar finance/admin role is ideal but not essential
Currently studying or looking to start AAT qualifications
