Position: NKAM (National Key Account Manager)

Reporting to the Head of Direct Sales, the NKAM position is a fully multi-marque sales role responsible for identifying opportunities, establishing relationships, and selling to true fleet opportunities. The primary focus will be on developing salary sacrifice opportunities within the UK.

The role requires flexibility to support the wider team, which may involve adopting NKAM responsibilities in both Direct and Indirect channels.


Main Responsibilities:

1. Create a sales strategy to achieve maximum profitability and sales objectives as set by the business.
2. Identify and prospect different market sectors, focusing on true fleet and salary sacrifice.
3. Collaborate with manufacturer sales teams to target prospects jointly.
4. Lead on our salary sacrifice offer, develop and promote it, and present at board level.
5. Work proactively with the National Bid & Tender Manager and other NKAMs.
6. Present solutions to prospects, highlighting benefits Leasys can offer.
7. Manage your diary effectively with a structured plan of visits to build relationships and maximize opportunities.
8. Analyze reports to monitor and improve performance.
9. Identify areas for performance improvement to support sales growth.
10. Become a fleet industry expert, researching trends and sharing knowledge with colleagues and prospects.
11. Participate proactively in automotive industry events.
12. Support the EV transition actively.
13. Attend regular meetings in Coventry and be willing to travel nationally.
14. Keep the database up to date.


Ideal Candidate:

1. Self-motivated with strategic and commercial awareness, possessing presentation and persuasive skills.
2. Experience working under pressure and achieving deadlines.
3. Team player who shares knowledge for the benefit of the team.
4. Experience in sales within the Motor or Finance Industry.
5. Deep knowledge of Funding and Fleet Management solutions.
6. Valid current driving license is essential.
7. Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
