Requirements

* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for children aged 0 5

Requirements
* Degree in Early Years Teaching (QTS or EYTS)
* Strong knowledge of EYFS framework
* Experience teaching in Early Years settings

About the Role
Step into a senior leadership role supporting the management team and ensuring high standards of care, education, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Manager and Deputy in leading the nursery
* Oversee daily operations and maintain quality standards
* Lead and mentor nursery practitioners
* Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
* Support staff training and development
* Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required
* Build strong relationships with parents and families
* Cover management responsibilities in senior staff absence
Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (essential)
* Experience in a senior or leadership role
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
