Harte Recruitment is looking for an experienced Estate Agency leader with a strong understanding of both Sales & Lettings to join this National Property Group as one of their Estate Agency Performance Managers, based in the Midlands.

This role, ideal for an experienced and driven Sales and Estate Agency Performance Manager, focuses on leading the growth and success of a National Property Group. You'll work closely with business owners, offering expertise to coach, mentor, and help optimisetheir performance using established business models, systems, and tools.
Estate Agency Performance Manager Role:
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, providing guidance and support to enhance their business operations.
* Implement and oversee performance strategies aligned with strategic goals.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations.
* Collaborate with various departments to align objectives and performance standards with organisational goals.
The Person:
* 5 years of experience in the estate agency sector.
* Assertive, results-driven, with a competitive nature and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
