Salary: Up to £15.50 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)

Your Role
As a member of our Bank Staff team, you will:
* Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Create a safe, nurturing environment in line with EYFS standards
* Supervise children during play and learning, ensuring their wellbeing
* Support and celebrate children’s developmental milestones
* Build strong, positive relationships with families and colleagues
* Help maintain high standards of care and follow safeguarding policies
About You
We’re seeking flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about early years education.
Essential:
* A full and relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
* Experience working with children (Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, or similar)
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Desirable:
* Driving licence (helpful for travel between Weybridge and Leatherhead)
* Previous experience as a bank staff or in a flexible childcare role
