Residential Property Solicitor NQ to 3-Year PQE City of London My client are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Property Solicitor to join our client's dynamic team in the City of London. This role is perfect for individuals that are NQ to 3 years PQE, who are passionate about residential property law and client service. Residential Property Solicitor Key Responsibilities: Manage a range of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, and leases Providing expert legal advice on sales, purchases, and re-mortgages Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Conducting title checks and resolving title defects where necessary. Dealing with lenders and mortgage-related legal work. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements. Draft and review legal documents and contracts Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations Maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with colleagues and other departments as needed Requirements: Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE) with a focus on residential property law Strong understanding of property transactions and legal procedures Must manage their own caseload from inception through to completion, but will get admin support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Client-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service Familiarity with the City of London property market is advantageous If you meet these criteria and are looking to advance your career in residential property law, we encourage you to apply!
