About The Role

HARP is currently recruiting for a Property Coordinator to join our property team. The property team maintains and continuously upgrades the charity's facilities and stock. The team works in conjunction with the operations team and has strong links with all teams throughout the organisation to ensure efficient and effective facilities management and building upkeep.
Responsibilities
* Actively work within the property/facilities team and alongside the Operations Service to maintain a high standard of maintenance and new work as required.
* Pro-actively assist with the delivery of the Facilities Management Services across all sites owned or leased by HARP.
* Manage own workload and schedule works as directed by the Property Team Manager.
* Carry out a high standard of scheduled works as directed by the Property Team Manager.
* Demonstrate multi-trade capability across carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, or painting & decorating, delivering high-quality workmanship in a safe and efficient manner.
* Hold current qualifications such as City & Guilds in any Building related trade or have extensive hands-on multi-trader experience, including isolating and making safe prior to repairs.
