Conveyancing Assistant – Residential Property

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy Residential Property team in Derby town centre. This role offers the chance to provide essential support to fee earners and play an active part in ensuring the smooth running of property transactions.
The Role:
As Conveyancing Assistant, you will:
* Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, transfers and mortgage deeds
* Request and process property searches
* Assist with responding to sales enquiries (with guidance where needed)
* Help prepare completion statements and manage financial transactions
About You:
* At least 1 years’ experience in conveyancing support (CLC / CILEX training desirable)
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
