Purpose of the role:
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team at our Head Office in Solihull, B37 7YB, with UK travel required. You will be instrumental in delivering our training strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting our staff's growth across all levels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and prioritize training needs with business leaders, manage training requests, and maintain accurate training records.
* Support the implementation of the L&D strategy, including designing and delivering bespoke leadership and management development programs.
* Evaluate training effectiveness to assess ROI and ROE.
* Manage relationships with training providers, including negotiations.
* Support apprenticeship and graduate programs, including recruitment, onboarding, audits, and budget reviews.
* Maintain training matrices and ensure alignment with the Learning Management System.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes, systems, and policies.
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development.
* Proven experience in a consultative or specialist L&D role.
* Strong understanding of the full learning cycle and talent development strategies.
* Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
* Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes, funding, and industry training standards is desirable.
* Experience in construction or industrial sectors is an advantage but not essential.
Package:
* Salary between £33,000 and £37,000 plus company car or allowance.
