We have an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Marketing team as a Paid Media Marketing Executive. Based from either our NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire or our Central London office with a competitive salary range and great benefits, such as company bonus, staff discount & more!

About the Role:
As a Paid Media Marketing Executive you will be responsible for Brand Partnership and License brand campaigns. You will support in delivering our performance marketing to maximise the profitable acquisition of new customers and the generation of sales from existing customers via multiple channels including Programmatic, Paid Social and more.
What else is involved?
* Working alongside key internal stakeholders, plan and execute ‘best in class’ performance media campaigns.
* Manage the relationships with counterparts at the media agency.
* Monitor and work with the agency to optimise all activity.
* Work with partners to explore new and innovative opportunities.
* Manage the reporting for your campaigns accurately and regularly.
* Use Excel and Google Sheets to analyse data.
* Regularly present key campaign findings/insights identified.
* Strong technical knowledge is essential. Ideally in at least one of the key media platforms i.e. DV360, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, alongside a broad understanding of multichannel marketing.
* Stay up to date with the digital media landscape.
You’ll be doing all this from either our Leicestershire Head Office or our Central London office. Our offices are inspiring, yes. But we understand that life happens. So, we’re big on making sure your work, works for you which is why we offer flexible working.
About You:
* Previous working experience within Digital Marketing or a Paid Media role.
* A proactive self-starter who works well in a fast paced environment.
* Analytical with the ability to analyse data.
* Experience reporting and using Excel.
* Self-motivated & highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and stay calm under pressure.
* Knowledge of various paid marketing channels / platforms / formats.
* Able to manage time and workload effectively to deliver tasks in a timely manner.
* Effective team player; can do attitude.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Keeps up to date with latest social trends.
