Planner / Office Administrator – Drainage Industry Location: Southport Salary: £33,000 - 37,000 per annum DOE Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Start: ASAP We are recruiting for an experienced Planner / Office Administrator to join a busy drainage company based in Southport. This role is key to ensuring the smooth scheduling of works, accurate reporting, and effective communication between engineers, clients, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: * Schedule and book engineers for repairs and maintenance jobs. * Review and interpret CCTV drainage footage to support accurate reporting. * Manage incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service. * Update and maintain client and contractor portals. * Produce and follow up on invoices. * General administration to support the office and management team. Skills & Experience Required: * Experience in the drainage industry (essential). * Ability to review and interpret CCTV drainage footage. * Strong organisational skills with experience in planning/scheduling engineers. * Confident with IT systems, reporting software, and invoicing platforms. * Excellent communication and telephone manner. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
