The Role
The MIS Assistant plays a vital role in processing learner information and data for a specific campus within the Group. If you are interested in helping learners achieve their potential by providing administrative services and advice to academic departments and students, this role offers a great opportunity within a college dedicated to investing in its workforce's professional development.
The MIS Assistant will handle learner information, including enrolment documentation, exam entries, transfers, withdrawals, and achievements. You will also assist in curriculum planning to ensure the delivery of a high-quality Management Information Service. The role involves close collaboration with the MIS Officer, Exams Officer, and other team members to ensure an accurate and responsive service across campuses.
With a proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach, you will contribute to the College’s mission to lead skills and innovation through outstanding teaching and learning. Your work will support a high-quality, robust, and informative learner journey from enrolment to course completion.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in an administrative environment, preferably within education.
* Proficiency with computer packages, accuracy in meeting deadlines, and excellent customer service skills.
* Qualifications in English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE), strong IT skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and proactively.
