⭐ Sales & Account Executive - Join an Established, Global Business!


Location: Gateshead - Free Parking Available | Up to £27, + Bonus | Full-Time, Fixed-Term (10 Months)


Are you a driven and motivated account manager, business development, or sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships? We're hiring a Sales & Account Executive to join our client's passionate sales team in Gateshead! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a role that blends customer care, inbound and outbound engagement, and strategic support to drive business success.


Our client is looking for a dynamic, proactive professional to join them on a fixed-term contract of approximately 10 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent placement thereafter. Ideally you will be available immediately or with a short 1-2 week notice period.

Overview:




1. Fixed-term contract, directly employed by the company

2. Salary - £27, + Bonus

3. Hours - Full-time, 36 per week, with flexible start and finish time. Standard office hours are Monday to Thursday (8:20 AM - 4:30 PM) and Friday (8:20 AM - 1:30 PM) - early Friday finish!

4. Free Parking on site

5. Location - Team Valley, Gateshead

6. 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

7. Work from home every Friday, following completion of training

About the Role:
Reporting to the Sales Account Executive Team Lead, you'll be the voice of the business, managing both inbound and outbound calls, developing strong relationships, and working closely with our field-based sales team to hit growth targets.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:



16. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to identify needs, generate business, and grow existing accounts

17. Identify and recommend relevant products/services

18. Qualify and follow up leads to exceed sales targets

19. Build strong customer relationships for repeat business

20. Support Business Development Managers and marketing campaigns

21. Manage CRM records and respond to inbound queries

22. Process quotes, pricing requests, and monthly sales reports

23. Apply global pricing strategies

24. Provide first-line technical support (with help from our experts!)

25. Always deliver outstanding customer service
