We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Change Manager to join our dynamic team and help lead the people side of change across key strategic initiatives. Working within a structured change framework, you’ll champion the adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviours, ensuring successful outcomes for individuals, teams, and the wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead change activities across strategic projects using a structured change management framework
* Conduct change impact assessments and readiness reviews at individual, team, and org levels
* Develop and deliver implementation plans including comms, training, coaching and stakeholder support
* Use data and insight to monitor change adoption, assess benefits realisation, and refine approaches
* Champion best practices in change management, supporting colleagues through coaching and collaboration
* Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, building trust and fostering open communication
* Share insights and continually develop expertise in the discipline of organisational change
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in managing people change in complex organisational settings
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills – verbal, written, and facilitation
* Skilled at surfacing different perspectives and balancing individual and organisational needs
* Confident working across teams and projects, spotting interdependencies and solving challenges collaboratively
* Naturally curious with a positive mindset and a hunger for learning
* Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
* Experience in Higher Education is a bonus
