The Role:
This is a critical role in analysing cost structures, providing insights, and supporting financial decision-making processes mainly for the UK site but also with opportunity to be in involved in ad hoc projects at a divisional level.
* Finance lead for UK site business partnering with operations, production and customer service etc
* Cost analysis, budget tracking, and financial forecasting.
* Overseeing inventory activities, assisting with stock count procedures, and resolving discrepancies where required.
* Working closely with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to identify efficiencies and reduce overall costs.
* Assisting with financial close
* Ad hoc project work at divisional level across European sites

Your Skills:
* Strong business partnering experience
