This Sales Administrator role is suitable for someone who is tech-savvy and interested in technology, telecoms, or IT. Job Description
Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:
* Handle customer queries via email and phone
* Coordinate responses to customers through email, phone, or ticketing system
* Raise tickets for technical support queries
* Provide updates, follow-ups, and responses to customers
* Produce quotes and assist in building solution proposals with the sales team
* Process customer orders through the management system
* Coordinate with technical and operational departments to inform responses and manage orders and projects to completion
* Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales collateral
* Participate in sales/marketing meetings, contributing ideas and updates
* Develop monthly sales reports and track sales performance
* Communicate customer feedback internally
* Enhance product and service knowledge to better handle queries and quotes
* Liaise with suppliers and monitor product and supplier developments
