Contracts Engineer - Teesside
We are looking for a Contracts Engineer to join our team in Teesside, offering a salary of circa £55,000, depending on experience. This role requires a commitment of 45 hours per week and includes 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays. Local candidates are preferred.
Responsibilities
* Manage commercial heating and ventilation projects
* Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
* Prepare and review estimates and work packages
* Monitor progress, costs, and quality on site
* Attend client and site meetings as required
Requirements
* Background in commercial HVAC/heating & ventilation
* Proven experience managing teams
* Experience estimating mechanical packages of work
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
