We Are Looking For: A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or significant industry/technical instruction experience. A relevant degree in Physics, Engineering Physics, or a closely related discipline. Mandatory proven track record teaching Physics to Key Stage 5 (A-Level) and/or BTEC Science/Engineering. Experience integrating practical applications, data analysis, and technical problem-solving into the curriculum. The drive to mentor and guide students toward technical career pathways. Salary and Benefits Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers. The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Outer London Pay Scale (The Outer London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £37,870 as of September 2025).
