Deanestor are looking for an experienced CNC operator to join a growing team. You must have the ability to work with great attention and accuracy to detail, be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines.

The objective is to ensure that production processes deliver products of the highest quality and in a timely profitable manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks
* Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading manufacturing drawings etc.
* Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
* Prepare and load raw materials onto the machines
* Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
* Set machines to complete full cycles to manufacture large number of components
* Monitor the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce the required outcome
* Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
* Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
Requirements
* Proven experience in furniture manufacturing would be beneficial but not essential
* Previous use and knowledge of CNC machinery with understanding of program software (Biesse Rover K, Biesse Skipper 130)
* Understanding of manufacturing drawings
* Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
* Problem-solving skills
* Proactive team player and committed to continuous improvement
* Keen eye for quality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.00-£15.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
