Overview
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Legal Secretary with conveyancing experience to support a team of dynamic Solicitors in a very established local firm. You will be required to provide extensive secretarial and administrative support and assist the team with their day to day tasks.
Responsibilities
* Providing secretarial and administrative support for three Partners specialising in conveyancing
* Typing a wide range of legal documentation as well as correspondence and Land Registry reports
* Managing busy diary schedules, co-ordinating client appointments and preparing required paperwork
* Fielding incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries from clients, other Solicitors and Lenders
* Opening files for new clients, updating details as cases progress and archiving completed case notes
* Monitoring the billing process, recording time used by the team and raising client invoices
