The Role:
As Transport / Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing transport logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and collections
* Overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety
* Leading and coordinating crews for relocation and installation projects
* Managing client expectations and delivering exceptional service
* Handling profit and loss accountability, ensuring cost control and efficiency
* Staff resource management, including recruitment, training, and development
* Supporting the company's strategic growth, with the potential for fast-tracked progression to a senior leadership role within their 5-year growth plan
About You:
We are seeking an ambitious individual with proven experience in:
* Office relocation or business moving
* Transport management, including route planning and crew allocation
* Managing operational staff, training, and performance management
* Overseeing warehouse processes and ensuring smooth stock control
* Client relationship management with excellent communication skills
* Must hold a Transport CPC to meet O License requirements
