About Our Client
Our client is based in Salisbury, and due a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.
Job Description
3. Manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
4. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets for review by senior staff.
5. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
6. Process invoices, payments, and expenses with attention to detail.
7. Support payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records.
8. Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
9. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as required.
10. Respond to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders professionally.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you must be able to do most, if not all of the above.
