Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present monthly executive packs for senior management;
• Analyse performance trends, profitability, and compensation ratios to provide actionable insights;
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with regional Business Managers
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to support financial planning;
• Deliver daily revenue flash reporting and quarterly revenue projections versus external guidance;
• Drive the development and adoption of Tableau as the primary reporting solution for the team;
• Business Partner to enhance reporting tools and systems;
• Undertake ad-hoc analysis and projects as requested by the business and senior management;
Skills & Experience:
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA);
• Proven experience in producing Management Information (MI) and Management Packs in a similar role (FP&A, Business Partner, Finance Manager, Management Accountant, etc);
• Background in working within large, complex, and multinational organisations;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Tableau and Essbase is highly desirable;
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret P&Ls and KPIs effectively;
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and resolving complex queries.
