We’re looking for a motivated, commercially sharp, client-focused Sales Manager to help drive revenue, deepen customer relationships, and play a key role in our next chapter of growth. Role will be focused on our enterprise customer segment.

Job Description

Location: On-site (Edmonton, North London)

Job Type: Full Time including 1 Sunday per month

Salary: Competitive salary & performance bonus (post-probation)


Job Summary

As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and deepening client relationships. You’ll manage a portfolio of B2B clients, uncover new business opportunities, and help shape a best-in-class customer experience through proactive sales, strategic account management, and regular in-person visits.


Key Responsibilities

· Client Relationships & Account Management - Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities through regular communication and performance reviews.

· Sales Development & Revenue Generation - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outbound engagement, and industry networking to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

· Client Visits & On-Site Service - Plan showroom appointments and conduct monthly sales trip to build relationships and identify growth opportunities with professional, responsive service.

· Sales Forecasting & Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity within internal systems and participate in quarterly sales review.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal departments including buying & merchandising, marketing and warehouse departments to ensure alignment of strategy, consistency of service, and effective issue resolution.


What you’ll bring

· 1-2 years sales experience (B2B or related fields preferred)

· Valid UK driving license and flexibility for travel

· Proficient with CRM and digital sales tool

· Strong communicator with persuasive client-facing skills

· Commercially sharp and target-driven
