Production Coordinator A long standing client of ours is looking to add a Production Coordinator to their team. To be successful in the Production Coordinator role you must be someone who can keep calm in an environment that can change quickly. Overview The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Production Manager with administrative duties associated with the production and delivery of customer vehicles. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments including internal and external contacts Key Responsibilities: 1. Receipt of Vehicle 2. Upon receipt of a new vehicle, issue the production build spec pack and distribute to relevant Team Leaders. 3. Label up the relevant documents on receipt of the vehicle and create seat labels 4. Scheduling: 5. Update chassis schedule with key information and changes for all vehicles in production at any one time. 6. Ensure schedule is shared with relevant parties in a timely manner.
