Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
* Access Anchor: Key holder duties, managing alarm systems, and securely locking up and opening the premises.
* Maintenance Mechanic: Performing routine minor repairs (DIY, basic plumbing/electrics), and managing external contractor access.
* Presentation Partner: Ensuring internal areas and external grounds (playgrounds, classrooms) are kept tidy and fit for use.
